The ability to order your snacks online with your tickets is nice... but we hit a snag when we arrived as they were not prepared quite yet. Service was top notch though in working through the issue and delivering our items to our seats.
Very friendly service! Everyone working looked you in the eyes and made you feel welcome. The theater was very clean and bathrooms were well maintained. Seats were comfortable and roomy enough. Very enjoyable experience overall.
I know they redid this place awhile ago, but I am still impressed with it. The new location is so clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and patient. I heard one woman answering a guests questions. The questions were what time everything played and what it cost. The information was literally right being the girl she was asking, but the girl patiently answered everything. The seats are comfy, too.
I love this place! But one question. Why is the popcorn I always get just broken crunched tiny pieces? I want fluffy whole pieces of popcorn please. Everything else is wonderful. The people, experience, ect... My on complaint is having every bag of popcorn Ive bought be tiny broken pieces.
A nice experience all around. My oldest and I went to see Oppenheimer while my wife and sister went to see a sound of freedom. The movies were enjoyed by both sets of viewers. Concessions are what you expect from any movie theater these days, (Way Overpriced). Still, not enough to deter us from the occasional cinematic adventure! The theater was clean and the staff were professional and polite. Seats are comfy. Not over the top fancy to the extent of a full reclining seat with mini food tray and integrated cup holders. But not bottom of the barrel quality either. A nice squishy soft leather-like fabric chair with the obvious arm rest cup holder that can slightly tilt backward just enough to prevent you from having to keep an uncomfortable upright position for an entire presentation. Which is nice . . .
Pretty decent place clean quiet slightly warm that day so I don't know if they had problem with the air conditioner with the staff was friendly and very helpful the movie was good with no interruption and a decent viewing.
Nice place. Not amazing. Not bad. They have movies and popcorn. Pretty much what you'd expect from a movie theater. EDIT: Came back here, and now I think that it's a pretty great place. Popcorn is good, seats are good, place is clean. Much worse theaters out there. This is a good one!
They need to do a better job at cleaning the theater and the bathrooms. We do love the Cinemark app where you can order your food ahead of time and have it ready when you get there. Saves lots of time waiting in line!! Wish we had the recliners and better seating in some of the theaters!
Had a great time watching Halloween with 3 other friends!
Sound was perfect, picture was great, and their popcorn was yummy!
The movies are always amazing and they're hotdogs are always made fresh
